Africa is very special to us and we visit different countries there as often as we can. We named our cattery after a group of Safari camps with a very beautiful name: Singita. The word "singita" comes from the Shangaan Tribal language, meaning "place of miracles". It is considered to be a very good place to see cats. We think we are too. There are now several Singita Camps in Africa. The original Singita is located in the Sabi Sands area of Kruger Park.
